“If, then, I were asked for the most important advice I could give, that which I considered to be the most useful to the men of our century, I should simply say: in the name of God, stop a moment, cease your work, look around you.” ― Leo Tolstoy, Essays, Letters and Miscellanies
Another organic work from the Speckled Fawns studio. I saw the leather that I had set aside and it had to be used. I wanted an authentic romantic cover for my A5. Something that would inspire me each time I looked at it. Something that would inspire me to reach for it and pick it up and start to write. Tolstoy was born in my heart and soul. Its luscious squishy leather with the masculine front pocket, rivets, leather tie. The interior has a natural edge pocket inside the left front to store your brushes or pens. The right inside pockets are a slot and beloved secretarial pocket. Tolstoy was meant to be taken about and used to share your intimate musings, thoughts and secrets.
Made with our beautiful Cafe Vanilla, Winter White and Rustic Kodiak leathers, this romantic combination makes for a very handsome journal cover.
