This prototype is made from full-grain Italian leather in a macaroon version. The beautiful striations on the leather are visible from any angle, making it a unique and eye-catching piece. The macaroon version is similar to Italian leather, but with more pronounced markings that distinguish it from the latter. Although this leather may mark easily, the markings and scratches can be easily removed.

The natural edge for the closure flap has been kept, but it can be easily cut down to a straight edge if desired. There is an exterior natural edge pocket on the front that is covered and secured once the bag is closed. The stitching is done in a contrasting bright blue color that adds to the bag’s charm.

The interior is split with weather-resistant powder blue suede, which allows you to insert paperwork or notebooks without scratching your laptop. The low exterior handle has been added so that it can be easily grabbed if it’s sitting inside another bag without the handle being an obstruction.

The closure is a magnetic snap.
